ACUCP members can nominate themself or another professional colleague who has made a significant achievement while serving their patients and or medical profession. In order to be considered for this nomination please email your C.V and proof of professional achievement to the college at acucp@acucponline.org

All requested will be reviewed by the ACUCP awards committee and upon approval "Physician of the Month" will be chosen. The name and picture of the Physician of the Month "will be highlighted on ACUCP website. At the end of the year all recipients of this award will be considered for the "Physician of the Year" award which will also be posted on ACUCP website.
